I am a small town boy who grew up believing anything was possible.
Now I’m not so small, … and not much has changed.
After earning two degrees and living on three continents, I proudly call Vancouver home.
My love of yoga, laughing with great people, and living near the ocean are all satisfied here.
(It’s also where my rad sister is.)
Every day I get paid to do what I am most passionate about.
Be that at lululemon athletica, working with private clients, or by writing these love notes to you.
Work and play seem to overlap so beautifully that I can’t tell which is which.
I believe that everyone is destined to be wildly successful.
And that sometimes all we need is to get out of our own way.
I love being your biggest fan and your burst of energy along that journey.
I indulge in sweaty workouts, freshly made ice cream, and intellectual conversations.
I’m game for hiking new peaks, trying new recipes, and taking lots of pictures along the way.
