As a constant goal-setter and possibility junkie, I think its important to celebrate the transient nature of life: the fact that things are as they are … until they are not.
A guy in a relationship is a guy in a relationship until his girlfriend dumps him.
A one-way street is a one-way street until it becomes a bike lane.
Life is as it is, until <snap> it’s not.
Life as we know it changes in the blink of an eye. These singular moments, when life snaps and significantly shifts, are what I refer to as transformational moments. They are when the me before and the me after is, at the core, completely different.
A lightbulb clicks.
A different future is created.
A new life emerges.
Sometimes people have these moments when they reach rock bottom; or when they are on a spiritual journey; when they do yoga for the first time; or when they come close to death.
So to build off the request from some of my oh-so-loveable readers (and friends) for some more insight into my world, I will be sharing with you the transformational moments that have shaped my life to date. I’ll be digging through the vault, reflecting on when my beliefs or mindset set in as truth for me, and will be sharing with you the goodies I uncover. Every Tuesday.
Let’s call it, Transformational Tuesdays!
That will be fun, right?

(Ok, we won’t go that far back. #chubbybabyFTW)
