My sis and I say that our family puts the “fun” in dysfunctional. We make divorces, half-siblings, step parents and all the rest a little more enjoyable. Plus, the two of us probably weren’t the easiest of kids for our parents to raise. (They did one heck of a job though!)
To say thank you for my family’s support and making the trek over to Copenhagen for my graduation, I surprised them with a family photoshoot. It was my Mom’s first time in Europe, the first time my family had traveled together in 16 years, and a loooong time since our last Sears family portrait – so there was lots to celebrate.
