40 days without my iPod was a challenge.
Without the right notes to keep me in key, my ego was tested as I belted out my pitchy ballads when I biked around the city.
How loud can I get without them hearing me? Do I really sound like that?
Without my Above The Line playlist by my side, I noticed that I was going into my own head more and over analyzing the little details of life.
Why hasn’t he call yet? Am I ready to take on that job? Am I on budget? What other options do I have?
Without my headphones, I was actually approached by more people as I went about life – which was convenient on all the recent travels I’ve been on. I forgot about the defensive power my earbuds have on negative thoughts and also on other people.
Would you have come up to me if I was wearing my iPod?
