Feeling a little lost, or confused, in life can be crippling.
I don’t know what I should be doing for work.
I don’t know how I’m going to meet my dream partner.
I feel like I have these big dreams and goals … and they’re just not happening.
These thoughts can stop us from taking action, from figuring out a simple next step and doing that.
Clarity is royalty in my world. Confusion and doubt hate clarity. When I’m clear about my vision and goals, I feel anchored. It reminds me that my life is made for something meaningful. Next steps come easy.
Recently, one of my MBA mentors invited me to focus on being open instead of clear. Set an intention and stay open to how that intention manifests itself rather than trying so very hard to figure out the next step. Let the next step come. Naturally. In its time, rather than yours.

Clarity may make it easy to see the next steps.
Being open may give us the patience required to see which step is best to take next.
Now… time to jump onto a plane and celebrate the Grand Opening Weekend of the lululemon athletica Chelsea showroom in London. The first showroom to open in Europe! Telling you I am excited is a huge understatement! WOOT!
