Arbejdsglæde is Scandinavian for happiness at work. As TEDxCopenhagen speaker Alexander Kjerulf describes it – it isn’t about what you think of your job (that’s job satisfaction), it’s whether you enjoy what you do. Whether you have happiness, at work.
This discovery became another reason for why I have a total crush on Denmark and why I love working with the people I work with. They get it.
Don’t settle for satisfaction. Be happy instead.
