Box1824, a Brazilian research company specializing in behavioral sciences and consumer trends, has created the best video to date in describing the current generations in the workforce and how they relate to each other.
Not only is their content great, but the video itself features clips from movies, music videos, and YouTube memes in creative ways that kept me entertained while watching.

Hi Matt,
Great video. I sent it to my senior management team (mostly gen x’s). We have recently had to release a few staff and I have felt that the generation gap issue was the underlying cause. Thanks for making something so relevant available.
It certainly is real issue for the three people who lost their job – but they were all gen y’s and I am not sure it meant much to them.
It is a strange world to figure out.

Managing millenials is a tough job. That’s why I always suggest inspiring them first. An inspired millenial can become your best secret weapon!

I guess it depends on what you were looking for when you were watching. I think it is a great general overview of the differences between the generations – communicated in very rad fashion.
