This pattern of preparation and a good start is seen in many aspects of your life. So then why do you settle for a bad night sleep and a rushed morning to start your day?
Before that alarm goes off, rejuvenate your body with some well-deserved sleep. Give yourself enough time to eat breakfast, make a lunch (or grab the one you prepared the night before), and sing a few tunes in the shower. Work-outs or dance parties in the morning are always enjoyable as well. So is listening to uplifting music, like this little ditty:
