My not so secret guilty pleasure in the summer is watching So You Think You Can Dance with my friends and co-workers. While there are some dances I just don’t understand (*cough ballroom cough*), others are amazingly intricate and mesmerizing. I think of how easily art becomes memorable and captivating and wonder why more business leaders don’t look to art for inspiration.
Let me provide you with an example. Watch the video below and notice the team’s unison, their small movements, and the use of the rope.
Now, can you confidently say that your team functions this well together? Do you create value for your clients by doing the little things? To your audience, does your “work” seem effortless and fun?
